Why is xylitol making me feel like puking? candida question?
I am getting rid of condida. After eating a bunch of xylitol, it has made the white stuff on m y tongue go away. (finally!) however, now I feel like puking. yeah you’re right, it’s probably the herxheimer reaction to the die off of candida, which is a positive thing.
