How much weight can I expect to loose on a "low-carb" diet?
I’m not doing this diet by choice. I have a Candida infection and I’m not allowed to eat any carbs for two months straight. I just want to know what I can expect in the form of weightloss if all I’m eating is eggs, low-fat meats, and veggies. Thanks in advance.
