I have noticed that when I eat foods that are supposedly feeding the candida, I feel out of touch with reality. All I want to do is daydream all day instead of facing reality. I also find it very hard to communicate with people when I feel like this because I always feel lost for words and I feel too spaced out to contribute anything to the conversation which always makes me very anxious as a result. I was diagnosed with candida about a year ago and I have had it for about four years. I've been trying to stay on a low carb diet, but I always end up feeling really frustrated on it and just end up binging on sweets. It feels as though this is ruining my life and I'm sick of thinking about it, but I need more information so I can hopefully get rid of this.

I'm going to Trader Joe's today as it's day 1 of my Anti-Candida diet. I'm going to pick up some almond milk and millet bread, but are there any sweets I can have that are wheat, gluten and sugar free (stevia instead)?

I know that sweets are not allowed but is there ANYTHING that I can have cookie or cake-wise?

Also, I heard that I can eat grapefruit and green apples. True?
