nuts

changed my diet all around.
now eat NO SUGAR whatsoever, gluten. the list is long.
anyway only eat nuts-almonds, fish, chicken, sometimes beef. and broccoli, lettace, cannot even eat fruit right now, because I've a bad flare-up after eating sugar [many symptoms inc. exhaustion] but have been getting better GRADUALLY. So my "sweet" snack is a little coconut milk w/plain natural grated coconut and stevia.
Also taking biotin. cumanda, sometimes pinella, multi vitamin, multi mineral, flax seed oil, a lot of spring water. and sometimes decaf coffee
IF YOU'VE ever suffered from a bout of candida, how long did it take you to heal and what did you do to get your energy back?
thx

Veggie/vegan and candida?

by on July 24, 2010 · 4 comments

Is anyone else a vegan or vegetarian and suffer from candida (yeast intolerance)? I do and I can't eat any processed or femented foods such as cheese, vineger, soya products, yoghurts etc. I'm also allergic to dairy. It's really hard and I'm struggling with it as I have to be so careful what I eat. I've started using a protein powder to up my protein intake. I'm very careful and eat a lot of lentils and beans and nuts but I want to be on the safe side. I wonderd if anyone else follows a diet like this? I'm not looking for medical advice as I do have people I talk to, but just interested if anyone else is like this and what they eat.
