<p>If you're already a relatively active person or enjoy exercising in any form, then you should replace an exercise with sprinting. As long as you're healthy enough for the activity, sprinting will put you in the prime cardio zone to boost your metabolism and burn calories. You won't have to sprint for long. Try going for 5 minutes and working your way up.</p>
<p>When you're out on a date with your significant other, the odds are good that you're not going to wolf your food down like you're in the prison mess hall trying to keep Bubba off your cornbread. You'll take daintier bites, watching that you're not making a pig of yourself. Sharing mealtime with others is a great way to ensure that you don't get carried away.</p>
<p>You shouldn't eat in front of the TV, because it distracts you from focusing on when you're full. But most people prefer a distraction while working out. If you watch TV while working out, you're guaranteed to add another 10 minutes or more to your workouts without feeling bored or tired.</p>
<p>How many donuts would you shove down your gullet if you could watch yourself do it? The probable answer is zero. So, using this logic, you can watch yourself eat via a mirror to control your appetite. It's a strategy that works.</p>
<p>This is something anyone in an office building can do. Instead of taking the elevator, just take the stairs instead. Even if it's only one flight and you feel it won't make a difference, take them anyway. It does make a difference!</p>
<p>Any walking you do is good for you, even if you only walk the length of half a parking lot. When you park at the store, don't fight for the nearest space. Park farther away from your destination, and use the opportunity to get some quality exercise.</p>
<p>The average person drinks a couple of sodas (or drinks with sugar in them) per day. Don't go cold turkey just yet. Simply make the have a bottle of water instead of one soda. Over the next few days, opt for soda more and more frequently until you're only drinking water.</p>
<p>If you live near a bodega or anything of the sort, leave the car parked when  you need some supplies and make the trek on foot. This is great exercise that no one should be passing up if they need to lose weight.</p>
<p>Any changes you make in a positive fashion will pay huge dividends in the long run, so make sure you start by making a few key changes in your life right away. Implement these changes and watch the weight fall away before your eyes.</p>

Some people travel for business, and some travel for pleasure, but anyone who is on the go a lot can stay in shape while they are away from home. <p>One thing you can do is find a gym in the area you are traveling to. Sometimes gyms will offer free trials, where you can go in and workout for a day or two and see if you like the gym. Another thing some gyms offer is a pass that you can purchase. With this you can work out at the gym for a specified amount of time for one fee. You may also be able to find a gym that offers a pay-per-visit option. Last, you may be able to find a gym in your hometown that offers access to other gyms while you are traveling. </p>
<p>Another option you have is to workout in your hotel. There are many things you can do inside a hotel, or in your room. You can bring along an exercise DVD or two and follow those exercises. You can also use the hallways and stairways to get some cardio exercise in. Exercise bands are another option. These are light and will not take up much room in your suitcase. Often times when you purchase these they will come with some exercises to do, or you can find exercises online to do with the bands. </p>
<p>There are many exercises you can do using your own body weight. If you need to work out your upper body you can do push ups or dips.  To work out your lower body you can do squats, lunges or leg lifts. To work out your core you can do crunches or many different pilates or yoga moves. </p>
<p>Take advantage of the great outdoors. You can go outside and walk or run in the area around your hotel. Most hotels are in populated areas that have sidewalks that you can use.  You might even check and see if there is a park nearby where you can go get some exercise. </p>
<p>Use modern technology to get your workout in. Many cell phones now have apps that you can download for free or a small charge and these are full of fun workouts. These apps are great to have when you are looking for a good workout. You can also use the Internet to find some workouts. There are many good workout on YouTube and on many different sites throughout the world wide web.</p>
<p>As you can see, you can stay in shape if travel is a big part of your life. Just use some of the suggestions presented in this article and you can create your own workout routine for times when you are traveling.</p>

<p>Acne can be caused by hormones, stress, and diet.  Sometimes an outbreak will occur because of one of these factors, but often it's a combination.  Acne does not occur in children because the oil-producing glands responsible for acne don't develop until puberty.  This is also why some teenagers are more prone to outbreaks than adults.  </p>
<p>You've probably heard that certain foods, like sweets, can cause acne.  No one's really sure if fatty foods or chocolate really do cause acne, but there are some theories.  It's possible that dairy products can have an affect on your skin because of the hormones found in milk.  It's also been found that people who eat more calories overall may be more prone to acne.  To prevent acne, it's better to focus on how much you're eating rather than what.  If you can reduce your daily caloric intake, you may find your skin producing less oil.  Less oil on your skin means less acne.</p>
<p>Over the counter acne treatment can come in many forms.  You can choose from wipes, creams, and cleansers.  If you're an older acne sufferer, certain products may dry out your skin.  Look for products designed for adults instead.  You may be able to see some results with a special face or body wash and without some of the harsh chemicals.  For products that aren't designed specifically to treat acne, look for oil-free on the label.  Some face washes won't really cleanse if they're just putting more oil on your face.</p>
<p>Relax! Everybody gets upset when they've got a huge zit before a big date, but stress--along with your hormones and diet--can cause acne to appear.  In other words, it might not be a coincidence that you always seem to get pimples when you absolutely want to look your best!  For clearer skin, work on dealing with stress.  Stress management can be as simple as stopping and taking a few deep breaths during a busy day.  Set aside time to listen to music or go for a walk.  Learn a few simple yoga poses that you can do anywhere and focus on taking deep, steady breaths while you do them.  </p>
<p>For severe acne, you may need to see a dermatologist.  If over the counter products and dietary or lifestyle changes aren't helping, make an appointment.  Many people struggle with acne for years.  Avoid this stress and potential scarring by seeking professional help if you need it.</p>
<p>How often do you touch your face each day?  Just as you can't see the oil on your face until it turns into clogged pores or pimples, there's oil on your fingertips.  Keeping your hands away from your face can help prevent breakouts by keeping the oils on your fingertips where they belong.</p>
