but im already skinny. im 115 pounds, and ive read that you'll lose weight from being on the diet? i don't want to lose weight, but i also need to get rid of this 2 year re occuring yeast infection. i have tried everything but the diet, and i started it a few days ago, and already feel a relief of my symptoms.

I went on a yeast free diet for the same reason you are on it. I didn't lose weight. Eat lots of veggies and increase your protein.

Does anyone have any personal experience with fatigue caused by yeast-candida?

I am hoping to learn more about the possibility of fatigue caused by the over growth of yeast or "Candida". I have been doing a lot of research on the internet, but have found so many different opinions on how to treat it, what the diet should look like and different symptoms that it may cause. Chapter 6 details precisely how to eliminate the yeast overgrowth known as Candida Albicans ........... i personally eliminated a vast array of symptoms including fatigue and exhaustion, constipation, bloating, headaches and migraines, moodiness and irritability, achy bones, cramping, nausea, thrush, fingernail fungus all by simply eliminating the source of food for the yeast ie ~ yeast and processed sugar.

truly, eat loads and loads of green and leafy vegies, squeeze lemon juice over it to spice it up and help torch bacteria and bolster both your immunity and digestive process ........eat some low sugar fruits each day too such as strawberries, pears and watermelon and cold water fresh fishes and brown rice / quinoa and watch it clear up........ oh, drink loads and loads of fresh filtered water to ... to ensure you are properly hydrated as the healthiest and happiest body will always be the most hydrated one .
make sure that you only eat organic nuts and seeds like almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds too as they "preserve" the commercial varieties with sulfites and other nasty chemicals that will upset sensitive digestive systems.

Can eating caramelized onions on a candida (yeast free) diet?

My boyfriend is trying this diet and not eat anything that promotes yeast in the body. We wonder, since sugar promotes yeast, caramelized onions can be eaten, while in this diet?

hey I have candida and have been clean for a while, now I know a lot about the diet. To answer your question, yes caramelized onions are fine as long as there is no sugar in question. onions with a little butter or oil is good, and some herbs also help with digestion. no sugars of any kind is permitted. if the sweetness than go shopping after pure stevia (powder or liquid) that has anti-fungl and no sugar or carbohydrates. It is the only acceptable sweetener. raw taste is horrible, but when mixed with food tastes so good! I also know a lot people use the vinegar in recipes caramelized onions - so I use apple cider vinegar no regular vinegar. Hope this helps
