Do candida pills help reduce reocurring yeast infections?

I have them all the time. nothing helps. I think it's hormonal. has anyone tried candida pills from the vitamin health stores??? do they help????

    1. Eat plain yogurt (preferably organic, but it’s ok as long as it has probiotics)
    2. Use a non-scented soap and water to clean down there (nothing else!)
    3. Stop masturbating, if you do (at least for now)
    4. Wipe your self with a moist towelette after you go to the restroom

    That should help cure it!

    Try starving them by not eating anything sugary.
