    Studied CS production for many years I tested the output of solar garden lights and they give pulsed output voltage from about 4 v to 8 volts depending on model.Buy cheap garden solar light. Cut one of the leads in the middle of the led and attach the 2 silver rods 3 cm apart and insert in water.It is really that simple.You get a visual indication of current flow when you put it in water.Or? you can remove the led completely.Up to you.takes about 3 to 6 hours to make 5 ppm CS.
