can you tell us in detail what you ate and what you avoided on ths candida diet?
do you have a? sample diet? maybe on your blog?
How strict were you? Did you eat nuts while on the cleanse? Could you just put a list of things you ate? I have mold problems (in my? case it’s 100% sure my doctor did a blood test and I do have mold problems).
